How do you work out which plan I need?

On the call, based on your transaction volume, whether you are VAT registered, and how many people you pay. It takes about ten minutes, and you get the number in writing afterward.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

We flag it at the review call and agree a new fee from the following month. We never backdate a change or add it quietly to an invoice.

Is there a contract?

Monthly rolling with thirty days' notice. No exit fee, and your records leave with you.

Do you charge for phone calls?

No. Calls and emails are in the fee, which is the whole point of pricing this way.

What if my books are behind?

Catch-up work is quoted separately as a one-off, from $250 per overdue quarter, so it never sits on your monthly fee.

Yes, and it saves eight percent. Most clients start monthly and switch at the first review.
