Fees & payment
Our fees are agreed before services begin. Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period. We may pause services where payments remain outstanding.
Confidentiality
We treat information provided by clients as confidential and take reasonable steps to protect it. Information may be shared where necessary to provide services or meet legal requirements.
Website & intellectual property
Website content, branding, text and graphics belong to Ledgehouse or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior approval.
Liability & governing law
We take reasonable care when providing our services but cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by inaccurate information or circumstances outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
